Excellent workout if you are short on time…love it!
I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure it doesn't. The fiber in fruit helps you process fruit's sugars. Keep in mind that juice doesn't have that fiber which is why too much fruit juice can lead to weight gain. Fruit's certainly better than processed sugar so just have a balanced diet and I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.
