I'm ready !🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️ you look gorgeous as always. Thats is me with the food, I eat a boiled egg and fruit and veg smoothie in the day my fiancé says I'm weird 🤣 but i love to cook so dinner is always a proper meal 😅 Thank you for always motivating us i can't wait to try the challenge xxx

Hi Tiffany,
What a strong and powerful message. I wish you nothing but love. Hope to share my story with you at some point.
Two questions:
1- do I need to give up my morning and night cup of coffee?
2- I dont have Facebook, is their any other way for me to get the workouts for this challenge.
I've been in a rut for these last 10lbs, and I know you have the answers.. ..
I'm in it, if I can get it….

I had the same problem and I have let it get out of control. I have so much weight from things in the past and hormonal issues. I almost stopped caring but now I'm back and I want to be me again. Thank you for sharing.

As a therapist, I agree with everything you're saying. Emotions are attached to fat! I like to say that the emotions have to be attached to something in the physical whether it's fat or muscle tension or joint pain. It's a mind, body, spirit connection.
