Hey Rob, I'm 20 years old and been working out nearly everyday since starting uni 2 years ago, I would say I am in good shape but need to begin focusing on bulking up for the boxing weight class I aim to get in (im 5' 10' and 70kg aim to get to 75kg but been stuck for a while at 70kg), living as a student it is hard to bulk on a REALLY tight budget any tips on what I could do too??

I’ve never weight trained consistently!!! So I’m a beginner. I’ll be training 4 times a week. I struggle to know how many calories I need to consume each day 🤷‍♂️ I know high protein but don’t know how many calories

So when it comes to not doing the same reps. Can you for example do 3 sets of 12 one day then decrease or increase the next so your muscles are not becoming used to one thing
