Man I really should start incorporating all the "saturday exercise explosion" workouts into some routines. would you recommend subbing them in and out of the daily routines, or are they better intended for circuit?

I do this everytime i do my chest workouts, i dont understand why you guys dislike it so much.
@bambarby It doesn't really do anything for your chest that a regular incline dumbell press won't do, it just keeps your core activated the whole time so your core will get stronger but your chest won't really get much stronger since you probably won't be able to lift as much weight as you normall can.
so…Doing it on a swiss ball does what?? (A home gym version???)

Who is here in 2020 stuck in quarantine because of Corona? My bench is at my gym and I couldn't get it back, so I'm asking is the swiss ball going to work the same as bench or lack of room for the elbow extended to the maximum?
