Good video. Obviously aimed at people who can already handstand. On a technique point, most trainers suggest having a more diagonal (head further forward ) movement on pike pushups?

Before you even start doing this just stop.
You need to be able to do at less 50 regular push ups in row before you even waste your time training for this.
