This is exactly how I went from a complete beginner without any kind of gymnastics training to being able to hold a handstand!

Also could you do a video about basic gym equipment when they reopen? I imagine a lot of people got into working out in lockdown but would be overwhelmed at a gym? Like a beginners guide to gyms? I would love it ☺️

Why are your elbow joints over extending to the negative, thats leaving them very vunerable to a sudden injury, shouldn't you be keeping them straight if not slightly flexed to protect them?
