Yo anyone in this comment section got any strength programs to recommend. I've been lifting for 2 years for aesthetics but now want to start training for strength. Ideas much appreciated
Hey man you videos are LIT AF!! Love your humor! Keep the great work for all us naturals out here! 1 little question: you gave the example of 3 exercises at a total of 15 working sets – it is a weekly amound if i understand right… If I prefer working out twice a week – how would you suggest to build the same exercises for two workouts?
Yo Omar! Greetings from the U.K. I’ve been strength training for about 10 years and like to think I’m reasonably knowledgable, that being said is it ok to challenge personnel trainers when their training clients with really bad form. I see it all the time in my gym. What do you think?
I have to differ with you Omar when it comes to the isolation movement. Low-to-high cable flies focus on upper chest and shoulders, with minimal effect on lower part (which is the main muscle part). High-to-low cable flies, on the other hand, provide the best overall chest stimulation (being focused on the main muscle part: The sternal head). But if you're talking aesthetics that's another thing. http://teachmeanatomy.info/wp-content/uploads/Sternal-and-Clavicular-Heads-of-Pectoralis-Major..jpg
Solid advice, I'm sure. Low incline doesn't shift too much of the stress to front delts. something like a cable crossover right before (or even after) as set of benches might hit the pecs hard, as they are already a bit tired.
Shouldn't we separate strenght 5×5 sesion with higgh volume hipertrophy excercise for the same muscle in one day? Both excercises gives different signal to body, and should be separated. Am i right?
I'm 6'1" and I weigh 155" normally. I was told by a friend that said that dips help out with the bottom of the pecks. He is a good size and has been working for a while. He is about 5' 9" 200 lbs about the same body fat % almost nothing like you. My question is if that is true about dips and bottom of the pecks
Yo Omar when you mean incline push ups; you mean feet on platform higher level than hands to isolate upper chest right? Google image tells me feet on floor lower than hands on platform..
1. what about dips? Can they be your main compound?
2. many sources claim that vertical presses, especially standing, also train the clavicular portion of the pectorals enough. How true is this? Same is also claimed about chin ups (supine grip)… true, even at all?
And combining the 2, can you do weighted dips, standing presses and an incline isolation for full chest development?
you sometimes talk about your arms that could be a bit bigger but it looks great to me. Love your content, just started training again after 9 years. Keep those videos coming.

Omar, What is your opinion of the pec deck machine (vs cables) for hypertrophy?
Hi Omar
Great vid my Dude your Videos have been helping me a Lot.
Could you do the same vid for other muscle groups ? Like:
3 Muster do exercises for Back and shoulders ?
Sorry for my bad englisch and keep up the great work !!!!
So you don't like decline press?
Very informative video
12 to 20 working sets per week or twice a week??
Great vid!
2 questions:

At my gym they only have a smith machine. Is this still gonna work for me? Great channel by the way
Love you Omar, people struggling with chest development such as myself really appreciate this video
Idk if it's the shaved face or the stringer but for some reason you look way more jacked than how I last remember seeing you. Keep up the good work
Is it ok to replace ohp with incline bench?
What about decline movement?
A phrase I like to keep in mind from Athlean-X that helps me a lot when targeting muscles: "follow the fibers".
you sometimes talk about your arms that could be a bit bigger but it looks great to me. Love your content, just started training again after 9 years. Keep those videos coming.
So basically there is no reason to do a decline bench press?
the peck master has spoken
Can u make tutorial about decline press bar path please
No dips? Heard its the best bang for you buck chest exercise
Full ofshit ofcorse.:(
What if I do all three in one day
Why is the decline bench press the red headed stepchild of the lifting gurus? Few seem to ever mention its value for the lower pec.
My favorite Exercises are: Close grip bench, dips and push ups
Ur body looks like mine
