A little important thing to note is that barbells limit the range at which you can actually use your shoulders and traps during certain back exercises, so something like a shrug will be much better with dumbbells than it would be with a barbell, and I'm sure in certain variations it's worth doing dumbbell deadlifts too.

Hi Omar, I used to have problems with migraines too, i would get them every few months. I went vegan about a year and a half ago and haven't had one since. Maybe you could try that out! Migraines are horrible!
The spinal erectors are probably the very first thing to really develop nicely when I stared lifting. I’d do bench and deadlift and around the upper 200’s like 250 up I started to notice and feel then and they have only gotten better since. I’m at like 330 rn btw. They also get activated when I for t-bar row variations, I feel it as far as mid back and also just getting it up.

How do you get thick lats. My lats are preatty wide but not thick?

Can you do wide pull ups everyday since it's a natural way of working out ?
