Hey guys! Here’s an updated booty routine on how to grow your butt without growing your thighs. I wanted to trim down my thighs a tiny bit because I’m a small person and these are the exercises I did to grow my butt and not my thighs!

How to grow bigger butts and thighs both?
I just started and I really do need to tone my butt and get just an inch on it to be realistic. Before I start, do I do this workout everyday or should I do a few days then rest? Cause I've been told that our mucsle grows when we rest after a workout. What do you do?

after seeing her butt i totally understand why a lot of men are into thick butts
i just do lunges, donkey kicks, kickbacks without resistance, and glute bridges to grow my booty without growing my thighs. all can be done at home as i use no weights or any equipment. more reps i do the bigger it gets

Will thigh slimming workout reduce butt?
When this lock down is over, I really wanna go to the gym for the first time because of you and your workouts as they have inspired me! Although, I feel I will be nervous to try doing these there but I won't give up!

This video along with her free booty programs inspired me a lot to start going to the gym and working out at home, I even bought her resistance bands which were absolutely amazing. I tried this booty workout routine at the gym and felt pretty sore the first 2 weeks but after that, it felt like my muscles got used to the exercises cuz I wasn't feeling any muscle activation or burn during the workouts and my muscles didn't feel sore the next day, I did the workout for 2 more weeks after that, so one month in total, increasing the weights gradually, I did notice that my booty looked more perky/full and it did grow about 1/4 inch, But not gonna lie, I did feel pretty embarrassed while doing the exercises around others, and I would always get weird looks from people especially doing the Pull through exercise (or maybe my anxiety made me think that lol) as for the lack burn/soreness during exercises, I now know that to grow your booty you have to do a variety of exercises in order to keep pushing your muscles and making them grow and not just do the same routine for a month as I thought lol. Either way, she gave me a lot of confidence to start my fitness journey and go to the gym for the first time ever! Thank you Chloe!
