thx bro xd i had a 13 arm now its almost 19 thx alot it took me like 2 years but i did tricpes and bycips evey day for 2 years and i go from 13 to 19 thx god bless
I fear heavyweight with my biceps, legit cheat curls? No way, ain't risking an injury, a medium weight followed up with lots of reps, I would say 15 reps at max and a break time 1:30 or 2:00 in between sets is the best way of building my biceps for me.

Body Building:
Oxygen! The body needs oxygen-anything that detract oxygen from the body is a negative, ( the body also needs rest, time to heal and promote). Training routine for every desire, for, mass, endurance, lose weight, healthy appearance, good character, healthy kids, Nation, Mankind, Creatures, etc.. = heavy weights then light weights- not necessarily in that exact order, and the incorporation of any other something into that routine, such as swimming, bingo, almost anything that promotes your total well being. One more thing, dips make cuts, they're like push up, Pull ups/chin ups, waist twists and sit ups, they're cut you up-but if you try to use a lot of heavy weights with them, oh how ugly one's body can become, and you must savvy how to use a light weight lifting body building program. Your arm training is more or less set up the same way as the arm training that Jeff Cavaliere prescribes in A-X Ultimate Arms, so I can believe it's legit.

Your arms are great, overall! Your side-delts are a bit out of keeping with your biceps, triceps and pecs, though, in my opinion. But you're still way better built than I am! Lol

How to get bigger upper arms don´t train them directly and if you do only do a couple of sets of curls, thats all you need. Heavy pressing movements will provide heaps of work for your triceps and chin ups, barbell dumbell rows work your biceps plenty as well.
