Lot of Folks tell them don't work Biceps specifically ever … like maybe once a month. some just have great genes i guess.

Everyone is different, you can't overcome genetics. I do 6 or 7 sets for arms and I'm done. The biggest my arms have been are 19 1/2 cold at 15% body fat. I started with 11in arms.

you focus biceps wayy too much… your biceps to triceps ratio is odd…. it reminds me of gymbros at my gym gaving huge ass biceps and no triceps. -,-
If you are an endomorph, meaning high body fat (not good genetics) you should do much higher reps than someone who is a mesomorph. Meaning lean and muscular or (genetically inclined.) guys who are mesomorph build more muscle with less reps & heiver weight. If you do not have the genetics you must force the muscle growth and the muscle definition with high reps to failure and focus on diet more too.

i think that rope pull -down can help with your joints in your arms ,,,,u know more movement , anyway i give that a go.

Nick: The triceps isn't involved in twisting the humerous or forearm, so shouldn't influence what triceps head is targeted.
My triceps shoulder chest back quads and calfs are my strong point biceps are my weak point even tho I train them. I'm nicely leaned out at 185. In the process of bulking again.
