Why do you always have these guys with PhDs on your show? You realize education =/= intelligence right? I swear you canadians are soo obsessed with education that you might as well be Chinese and jewish!

I had some noticeable slowdown in the progress of my ability to reduce bf% recently (after having some much faster progress for a while) and advice like this is perfect timing for me. Especially since I'm getting ready to make a big programming shift soon.

31% is the lowest body fat percentage you got? I didn't realize it's that hard for people with average genetics to get lower in fat weight

Hey Omar,
Loved the vid, great work, thank you for providing us with this much value in a single video. One question,
When you were discussing hormones,Eric said that as you lose weight testosterone goes down.Could you please elaborate on that as most of the studies I’ve read regarding weight loss and test show test increases as we get leaner.
Thanks a bunch buddy!

13 minutes left and I’m wondering if y’all are gonna talk about metabolic response with regard to growing/being in a surplus.

For the first time in my life I’m counting calories and trying to grow and it’s quite difficult. In two weeks I’ve barely gone up 10-15 pounds. I read online that for a 200 lb male 3800ish was a good surplus number so I’ve been shooting for well over that, at 4500/day in the hopes of growing. Now I’m 215 at the end of the day and 210 when I wake up and I’m trying to hit 4500-5/day and it’s even harder.

I don’t know if I’m growing fast enough or not…. this isn’t easy. I don’t know how body builders do this shite.

This was an amazing interview, I enjoyed it hugely. I would love to see one devoted to what happens when we’re in a caloric surplus, trying to grow.

Shout out to Team NoFapsterNaughts, study hard lads.

Dr. Eric is not here for Omar's humor! He's making this very hard to watch! I respect the education and info but he has to understand that this is why pple don't go to doctors for info because he's being very stereotypical for a PhD. Loosen up Eric!
