I’m on day 27 of the 28 day flat stomach challenge and I wish I saw this video before I started cause I was doing these all wrongs with like no results cause I do have lower back pain in general. I only found this cause I’m at the bottom of the program and I saw this q&a section. I know Chloe is on a break but whenever she gets the chance to update her website she should put these videos at the top of the workout program so we know the proper forms to do.
BUT not all hope is lost; my butt and arms are looking great!

6:50 that's my problem here, as I try to lower my legs I can't make my body stay on the floor. So when my heels touches the ground, I am sitting xD No matter how hard I try, I can't do the workout properly without anyone pushing my shoulders to the ground. I am starting to believe I have no lower abdomen ;-;
Also this is my 3rd day of 2 week shred challenge 🙂
When i do plank,the veryyyyyy lower end of the spine hurts really bad. I do make sure that my spine is straight,but surely im doing something wrong coz thats the part that gets strained. Plz explain what am i doing wrong
