are there weighted ab exercises you can do with dumbbells at home? we’re in tier 4 now and i don’t have access to a gym (cable machines, pull up bars etc)

I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but how can I have abs without losing my small waist? I always see that ab workouts build your abs but I don't want that, do I? I feel like I am scared of gaining muscle because I don't want to look too "manly".
How can I have the dumbbell between my ankles when I’m hanging tho ?
The website you recommended asked me to have 1360 calories a day… I'm pretty sure I will die if I do, I eat super duper clean and I can't do anything below 1600 🙁
in minute 5 she make a training… she jump so nice up and down.. its look so easy.. if i make it.. it looks like a potatoe how she feel down… plumps… or a stone.. its look and feel terrible.. she make it so how can she fly… i m to heavy? now.. i m to “??? make i cardio with the skipping rope its look and feel not good… here the question how i get the easy elegance in my body and rhythmus?
