Yesssss, finally a guy who is not afraid of stretching.
Every one is showing video of muscle contractions, muscle don't grow when contracted, loosening up the muscle fibers is essential to allow deep penetration of the food carried by the blood.
A massage therapist said so.
There's a whole bunch of videos to be done on aligning muscle finer and removing knots and tensions.

All i focus on is a braced strong core like I am about to get punched in the stomach. I round but It feels good. It isnt how something looks it is how it feels. Dont judge a book by its cover everyones body is differant.

What's nice about T-Spine mobility that not a lot people know is that it can with hip and shoulder mobility or pain (to a certain degree, just because of their lifestyle like sitting in an office all day)

Mr. surf clam your bench press arch is all happening at the lumbar spine and thoracolumbar junction.

It’s hard to say from the angle but your front squat form looks to be the same. Increased extension putting your elbows at a better angle, but you are getting this from your T/L junction.

my thoracic curve is so bad i can hardly arch my back for the bench press and i feel like i end up using my shoulders. i might need a stronger back so my shoulder blades can pinch together better and actually stay there? i’m still learning btw lol
