How To Front Lever (Front Lever Tutorial)
Barstarzz Chris breaks down how he learned the front lever. The front lever is a move that requires full body tension but mainly recruits your core muscles and lats. Retract your scapula when performing the front lever. Keep your shoulder blades rolled back and tucked in. Lean back as your doing the front lever. Your body should be completely straight. Should be able to go at least 10-15 pull ups, 10-15 knee raises, and 8 leg raises before training for the front lever.

well done chris!
as always makining it simple and clear, Respect barstarzz
Progressinos in every video mostly. New tutorials should add up new exercises, like combinations, different progressions, talk about muscles being used, which require more, etc, so it's more helpful for begginers. Anyways, good video. 🙂
I cant even do dragon flags …. 🙁
Looking forward to your back lever tutorial!!!
Planche tutorial… please
Requirements should be WAY more than just 10-15 knee raises and 8 leg raises. What about lower back requirements? And why are the examples shown so poorly/quickly? Barstarzz you have let me down.
Hey Chris,
I''m stuck at your last progression. I can do deadhang front lever raises with both legs. but I cannot hold the frontlever.. any tips for me ??
Thanks for he vid cuz Im also working on this one. But I just realised that there are so much tutorial videos and pretty much they tell the same story so it just about training, training and training.

I wonder if I too light or what, but I feel no tension when doing this exercise, like it's a motion that moves through without really exerting much force o.o
Excelente tutorial amigo, gracias desde Venezuela.
Great tutorial, Thanks again barstarzz!
Check out my front lever video on my channel!! much appreciated! I will also answer your questions about learning the front lever!
Can u guys make a routine to flow to get the front lever?
where can i get the bench he used at the beginning?
perhaps it has been answered, but:
1) how often and for how long do you do each step?
2) roughly how much time do you spend on each step before progressing to the next level?
thank you for the videos
i wish they had a workout place like this where I live
This guy kinda looks like me, except 5 years older and no tatoos.

On week 2 of a routine I developed from this tutorial and already feeling like I have made a ton of progress. Can't wait to front lever! Thanks Chris!
Yeah, I have to agree with most of what people already said about Chris…..
He seems to be able to get his point across slowly so that anyone can understand.
Personally, though there are many tutorials out, I'd love to see Chris do a muscle up tutorial. Peace!
So it Needs HArd Abs ?
