Anybody how tries crunches can feel it simply does not work. You can do millions of them and know the exercise is way to easy on the abs. It is just a waste of time. Like a biceps curl without weights.
i dont know about this guy… everybody says small back touching floor… this guy says opposite…
same with his video about Glute Bridges… everybody says DO NOT HYPEREXTEND SMALL BACK IN UP POSITION (body is one straight line)… this guys says "you must hyperextend to get good workout"… i think i will go with the majority of trainers… sorry scott…

I think lower back suppose to touch the ground. If you don't have any space between your body and floor this is the healthy posture, and you are not pressuring unnecessary muscles.

Hi Scott! I had a question: I'm underweight and my trainer advised me not to do core exercises such as crunches. Is there a risk in doing crunches when underweight? Do I run the risk of any specific injuries?
