FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How to get started with Calisthenics?
First I would highly recommend buying a home pull up bar. I left my suggestions down below.
– Portable Pull Up Bar ►

Having a home pull up bar lets you practice more often. For most movements all you need is a sturdy over head bar and the floor. You should also find a park near you if this is possible. Some countries or areas of the world this is not possible. We try to help with our Park Finder.

– Website Park Finder ►

Now that you have a place or places to workout you need to determine your goals. If you want to get more fit. learn a skill, lose fat. Different workout programs are for different goals.

Motivation is impossible for me…does not matter how much weight I lose (45 pounds so far, just keto diet and no excercise), just can't get motivated. I also got lots of anxiety (to a point I can't answer the door when someone knocks). Thinking of trying CBD Oil. Has that cured anyone here?

Great vid Ed!
What a change of pace. I think you should keep this as another way to change-up your chann routine.
Asking what supps individuals use, types of workouts. I'd lie to know if any of the people have any bad habits that they try to overcome.

great vid. cuz finding motivation is not easy. You have to find inspiration in any way and keep it going.  i always say that working out is more mental then physical.

Good vid, i always wondered what y'all did. My opinion is that if you really want something you have to make time for it and work at it. I work 10 hour shift, take online collage classes and have a fam. But I get up extra early to fit my workout it.

Good shit, but if OSHA catches him doing hand stands and pull ups on the forklift, him and his job is in serious deep trouble. Nevertheless, inspirational to say the least.

Honestly, I work 52 hours every week, I work at a gas station I bring my pbars too work everyday, and when I have time I do a static set or just practice holds, or do static repz, I train freestyle at a crossfit gym 2x a week in the morning and then I go to work and do some statics

Notice how none of them work the really exhausting jobs like programming, IT, networks, computer support etc. Also, I don’t see any doctors, or medical field people… None of that. Easier to find ways to work out when you are a stocker in a warehouse or loading trucks, etc. These professions are a workout in itself! When you sit behind a computer all day, all you do is sit… Slowly dying…
