try my routine "nursing a shoulder injury" and then make sure you do my SHOULDER WARM-UP before any workout involving shoulders. Also, maybe my lastest video on the bench press SET-Up can help you with your form as well 🙂

Thanks Scott. The first search I did on YouTube was about fitness. I had loads of search results and I came across one of your videos, since then I have been hooked. For me you take time and explain the exercise, what it does and how to do the exercise correctly. I feel that should be respected.
