Endomorphic: trying desperately to loose fat. I've been working out interval training, cardio , circuit and plyometrics 4 days a week since July it's now December. I also do 25 km of intense cycling 2 days a week. I've gained 12 lbs. Not happy at all with my fat loss. Still lots of fat on my belly, arms, legs and butt. Feeling stronger, but visually all I see is fat.
I am totally an ectomorph and look like a child but i'm an adult i won't be able to gain weight no matter what i tried
Endomorph I really don't like my body type 😭
As an Endomorph , i don't think i have a lack of energy or something , cause i'm quit fit(Exept for my hips they just won't get smaller as i want no matter how much i train them ) , when it comes to exercising i find it difficult to do certain exercises cause i'm a bit tall so , do you have any advice for such problems? ,
For example i can't do more than 3 push'ups (Don't know the right way to do them , too long arms and feet )
When it comes to the food , well Bred is a must eat in our tables so , i never used diets before ,i eat what i see usually ).
My favorite work out is during cleaning the house cause it requires a lot of energy and i end up all sweatty .
As a mesomorph, this explains why I have been gaining body fat and losing muscle mass despite working out so hard. I have not been adjusting my diet have been doing too much of strength and hypertrophy training 6:50 when I should have been changing up my exercises (as recommended in the video)😅😂 this was a very informative. I could get slimmer if i do not eat at night . I did that and my body get smaller . But the biggest problem now is not me but my mom . I told her that i am on diet and i need to eat dinner before 6 p.m . But she always does dinner on 8 p.m . And until now i struggle a lot with my mom . And the most heartbreaking is she asking me to eat dinner along with her even she knows i am on diet 😂

i've been trying to lose a lot of weight and i've thought about it for a long time. i'm honestly just seeing this video. i get too lazy and i have a lot going on so i think i need someone to motivate me more and tell me how to change my body

I’ve been treating my body so poorly. I don’t eat enough, sleep horrible, never exercise.. etc. I want to start doing better.

I appreciate the clarity from your videos – it took me years to figure out the hard way what you easily described in a couple minutes! I tried following guidance from self proclaimed experts on womens hormonal issues and was doing keto at one point.. ending very badly for me. Can you do a video on eating and exercise targeting women with hormonal imbalances?

I am an endomorph and a picky eater😞! I have been trying to loose weight but I stay at losing only 15 lbs no less. So I give up! Please help!
