Is this a hard excercise? If i have strong chest and im used to benchpress and push up
i dont have medicine balls at home, can i use any other spherical objects? like a football (soccer ball) or something like that? thanks scott! keep the great videos coming!

@06cdancer yes i dont even think it has to be balls as long as you are elevated and are able to go down further then when you have your hands on the ground

@Lewiss606 Lol at believing that broscience. All you're doing is making it harder to concentrate on working the muscle therefore making the exercise less effective.

Use a stability ball instead of the bench for your feet… talk about a core, my favorite exercise at the moment:)

Hi Scott. When you work out 2 different muscle groups at the same time do you first do the whole workout for the first muscle and then the second or do u mix them and do every other?

Not sure the cost – benefit is worth the risk of potentially falling flat on your face and losing a few teeth

I obviously don't want to be rude by asking this question because i dont know but what is the benefit of the medicine balls? I know that elevated push is harder therefore a bit better but I have never seen this type of push up variation!

Hey Scott, i would love to see a video of you really pushing youself to the max with a selection of body weight exercises…i.e. push ups to failure, pull and chins to failure, your 5k time (not a video of you running 5k on a treadmill lol, just your time. Maybe mix it then with max squat, bench etc. What do you think?
Is it normal for your wrist to hurt during this exercise?
why use the balls, seems like another fad, just do a normal push up, does the same thing
because the balls force him to use his stabilizer muscles. it's harder to keep balance when on the balls
