DO NOT FORGET TO USE A HELMET.

Reply
MrSwedishJesterhead July 16, 2011 - 10:57 pm

@06cdancer yes i dont even think it has to be balls as long as you are elevated and are able to go down further then when you have your hands on the ground

Why don't you just use boxes?!

Reply
Javier Gutiérrez July 16, 2011 - 11:37 pm

Haha it would be easier if you use some bricks or whichever other object.

@Lewiss606 Lol at believing that broscience. All you're doing is making it harder to concentrate on working the muscle therefore making the exercise less effective.

Hi Scott. When you work out 2 different muscle groups at the same time do you first do the whole workout for the first muscle and then the second or do u mix them and do every other?

Not sure the cost – benefit is worth the risk of potentially falling flat on your face and losing a few teeth

I obviously don't want to be rude by asking this question because i dont know but what is the benefit of the medicine balls? I know that elevated push is harder therefore a bit better but I have never seen this type of push up variation!
Thanks!

I don't get why you guys Criticize Scott.
– You people that compare him to others. Try comparing him to yourselves.
– You people that say some workouts are "Boring" or the videos are "boring," Then don't bother hating and watching this video. At least be glad he gives variations and different types of workout FOR FREE.
And people all this workouts help you! I mean Look at him, If it's not for you don't try it. And don't bother Coming here and saying crap.

Awsome videos Scott (:

Hey Scott, i would love to see a video of you really pushing youself to the max with a selection of body weight exercises…i.e. push ups to failure, pull and chins to failure, your 5k time (not a video of you running 5k on a treadmill lol, just your time. Maybe mix it then with max squat, bench etc. What do you think?

Is it normal for your wrist to hurt during this exercise?

Reply
Hunky Daboyz December 30, 2013 - 11:56 pm

why use the balls, seems like another fad, just do a normal push up, does the same thing

Reply
david perez January 16, 2014 - 1:07 pm

because the balls force him to use his stabilizer muscles. it's harder to keep balance when on the balls
