I tried this exercise at the gym tonight, first time I've had ago. And man did I not attempt it! even trying to get in the start position was tricky and the way the ball moved I know if I put all my weight on it I would rock and fall flat on my face!!! did't dare risk it. I may have had my hands wrong but it felt very unstable. reps done = none, noses broken – none!
