I am literally on a weekend road trip right now and I hate horribly yesterday. Something about being on the road makes me immediately feel like I can eat whatever I want and then make up for it later. This video was exactly what I needed to get me through the rest of the week. Thank you!

Your workouts and way of eating are awesome, lost 49lbs in 6 months.. and you drive an Acura so we're all good.

Several years back we had a truck driver straight from Russia, we went on a job site and he had a tupperware container about 12 dozen eggs and unbreaded fish fillets. It was… different, but hey at least it wasn't fast food.

Another suggestion; Cook yourself some frozen peas and put it in a container, I do this when I am running low on time for work. I just open the container and shake the peas in my mouth, works great. High in fiber and protein.

Has anyone done the 30 day 6 pack routine? Have you gotten results? I started it and was a week in but haven't been able to keep it up. I'm going to start again on week 2 now tonight. Has anyone got their six pack in the 30 days or before?

Thank you for posting this. Although I have a fair idea on healthy eating it was very beneficial and a great reminder (excuse stopper!). Please do more posts like this 🙂

To be fair the grilled chicken salads at McD's aren't bad. 140 calories, 20g protein, not much carbs or fat. They do scrimp on the chicken a bit (as do most places though, in fairness) but it's not a bad option to go with if you do end up going there

BYOF! And NO chips! Finding the right bar, that was my quest … Now it IS my Quest
Think of trip food as an all day supper, versus carb loading.
My tummy can't handle quinoa, but BLACK rice is a good substitute.

FOCUS! Prep like this is your Superbowl, 'cause otherwise you'll end up getting blotto on Kind bars
Trail mixes are fine for some but are poison for diabetics. Also, apples and bananas are good within reason, but they're fed better than ice cream bars!

I eat Whole Foods, Mostly Plants. No white food of any kind. No buns. Fish or chicken are better than burgers…. But I eat burgers occasionally. Great video!

If you buy a burger order it with no salt. McD will cook beef patties with no salt upon request. Too bad grilled chicken Caesar Salads are no longer on the menu.
