Yo Scott, I was doing this exercise one day and this led to injure my shoulder blades real bad like REAL BAD..!!!
My left shoulder blade tilted from its normal place to a greater degree suddenly and after that moment I f#*ked up my shoulder blades real bad man. Since then I feel that my left shoulder gets exhausted real fast than my right shoulder while doing any shoulder exercise. I just think this exercise pose a great amount of unnecessary stretch in shoulders and cause the shoulder blades to be in a vulnerable position.
And Can u suggest me any home remedy solutions for fixing my left shoulder blade injury since I don't wanna go through any kinda shoulder surgery man..!!

I like his older videos better before he started overdoing his over the top, phony, Masshole accent. I had to unsub.
My fave movement! Actually if you flare your arms out it works chest more if you keep arms straight and elbows tucked in its more lats.
To target chest more slowly turn your elbows out stretching your chest as you descent on your negative rep with your arm a little straighter then a lat pullover and don't go as far back on your way up start to turn your elbows in contracting your chest stopping at your upper chest and repeat💪

This exercise really hurts my arms when I reach over my head with the dumbell my shoulder would crack and the dumbell will fall… I'm gonna follow the tips you gave and give it another try

I'm struggling to get into proper technique of this exercise (lats version), trying to mirror this movement and still feel my triceps burning instead of lats. Any tips how to get triceps out of the picture?
