scott found a new way which you can actually demonstrate for us during exercise
put a dumbbell under your butt and then lift your legs up continuously. That could seem like a good idea for me.

Scott, you should write a book about getting fit and staying fit. I bet it would sell tons of copies. I know I would buy it.

bad exercise. youre doing deltoids and biceps, so basically your tiring out your biceps so you cant do as many reps because ur fucking expending more energy to push them up. Also your deltoids arent getting worked at all because everyone can naturally do more weight on deltoids than biceps (especially since your doing both arms at once), so the front press becomes completely pointless.

@20beto06 im sure he is like most people, one muscle group for each gym day….ie; back day, chest day, leg day, arms, and then shoulders…not in that order but thats the best way to work out..one muscle group at a time =)

Reply
infdecoy July 4, 2011 - 11:54 am

@spencercmoret if you are going to work 2 muscle groups at a time try not to work out 2 large groups at a time like chest & back in the same session those are big groups to be working out together. Depending on how you actually work out..1 group a day should be sufficient. Each session i have is one muscle group a day at anywhere from 1 1/2 – 2 hours. There are loads of exercises for each group so you can be sure to get good gains. I just need the discipline to do my cardio. cardio = boring haha

What's the difference between rotating your wrists and keeping them straight with this? Sometimes I see people rotating their wrists but yours' is the first example I've seen where you keep your wrists straight.

These are really good to do with kettlebells. When you get to the top of the press, hold the kb so that it doesn't wobble. Great for working the wrists. Keep the shoulders down too.
