What ab workout video you recommend for beginners?
I love your approach to personal training – you're exactly right about keeping it free and not locking people into any sort of responsibilities – just your encouragement and offering of all these workouts is super great!
For a few weeks now I've been doing a different workout per week from your catalogue and it's been great! Since I do the same workout for a week I can notice my improvement in the different exercises, which helps with the positivity that there is a change occurring!

Instead of doing to just for abs or just for thigh workouts, can I switch to use another whole body workout? will it help just the same? really enjoying it so far:)

hi lucy, I'm someone who needs to loose 10 stone. the issue is I struggle as I have bad knees and they click and grind doing anyyhibg like lunges or squats. can you recommend any other type of movements that would replace these but have the same affect? x
