The problem I have with the hanging leg raise is my grip. My hands give out before my abs get tired.

Hi im 17 and recently been watching your videos there great they really do teach me so much about how to train your body and how to also maintain it which i know is important but i want to know what i can do to get bigger biceps and how to not nessacarily loose a lot of weight but reduce my weight so that my core is more visible i want to be able to see more deeper cuts in my core would i need to diet and if so what do i eat and how do i start of by setting up a meal plan? and with me being physically active anyway as i play a lot of basketaball at the gym what work outs would suit me more to get a more defined core and bigger biceps and triceps what workouts as ive been doing random selection and have seen no drastic improvement i have been doing this for 5 months now thankyou.

Off topic question: I'm really confused between time under tension(TUT) and full range of motion(FROM) w.r.t any exercise with weights. I understand that you can slow down movement and increase TUT with FROM.
A lot of people advocate not going to FROM. For example, the bicep curls – "keep your elbows slightly bent at all times and don't extend. This will put constant pressure on the muscle". The same has been said for bench press, shoulder press, even deadlifts. The idea behind it makes sense and doesn't make sense at the same time. What's going on here? When is it alright to not do FROM?

Hi Scott! I need your help. I have this bcaa powder and I was told to consume it during my workout and then for my post workout I can have my protein shakes. Is that alright or do i have to wait for 1 or 2 hours later before consuming my protein shakes. Or am I using it wrongly? Like is it supposed to be the other way round etc. etc…. Thanks!

Invented an exercise myself. It's called the mid-air russian twist. You basically hang upside down with your knees resting on a bar and your feet tucked under the next bar (monkey bars) so you hang in an L-form. Then my buddy gets me a kettle bell and as I raise my upper body so it's parallel to the floor and twist the weight from side to side like in a russian twist (of course while I'm still parallel to the floor). Do this and trust me you will feel your abs burn.

Don't forget to have a slight bend at the elbows to help prevent your body swaying!
