I always lock my elbows, also.. my hand placement is usually different but the way she showed made it even difficult..

What thickness is your exercise mat? Im starting out with a modified pushup and work my way up. Ive never been able to do a pushup but for cancer awareness I want to do something.

my arms are weak as hell. i cannot push up & lower down, it feels too heavy 😭

Thank you! I was doing it wrong this entire time and i struggled doing one rep. I did what you mentioned, keeping my hands even to my chest and pushed up through the heel of my hand and wow! It was so much easier. I was able to do 10. So happy. Thank you very much.
