Had watched a few muscleup videos around the web. This one got me there. Did two of them within 5 minutes of trying after watching this video. Crappy form I'm sure but it's a start.
For reference, I can do about 12 strict pullups in a row and lots of dips (haven't really maxed on those but at least 20 in a row).

but what if i can do 10 pullups but only just slightly below my chin area,can i try these?or maybe what are some exercises to do these?

Thanks Omar. The lat pulldown idea was what did it for me finally. It's stupid how strong my pull up was for so long without being able to do a muscle up. Got my first one today thanks to you and these technique tips. Thanks a ton, man.
This is the best muscle-up tutorial I've ever seen. Yesterday managed my first muscle-up(and 4 more after). You don't have to do 15-20 pull-ups like many claim,just get as high and explosive as you can with your pull-ups,just bringing the bar to your belly. 🙂
The guy that did his first muscle up looks incredibly fit and good at body weight exercises. I keep learning them, then unlearning them. I find they are a lot like pull ups in that if you don’t keep up your practice your numbers go down quickly.

Thanks a lot, not enough pulling power or height yet and haven't done the 1st muscle up of my life yet. Current level is 8-10 strict pullups to chest. How do i progress from here? Weighted pullups, L sit pullups, explosive pullups ?
