How do you do that? I can not do a lunge because my back leg drops knee to the floor, I can't hold myself up. What am I doing wrong?

Hey! I need inspiration! I've been working out regularly and eating healthy for over 7 months, yet I see no improvements. My goal was to lose some fat on my thighs and lose some fat on my belly, as I'm a bigger girl, yet I wouldn't say over weight. It's really upsetting for me, and I shouldn't feel like his at 12, but I do! Any help?
