@ScottHermanFitness The only problem with these "vault situps" is the need of a gymnastics vault and a guy tall and heavy enough and willing to use his armpits to hold your ankles. I did a few videos 5 or 6 years ago on core training–full workouts of resistance and endurance abs training and 1 video of me taking way too many hard punches. I find your exercise videos very creative and fun. Keep it up.
I love this exercise! annoying thing is, of all the gyms I've been to, none seem to have any metal bars in front of the pad to hook feet under 🙁

It's official! I'm absolutely shit at doing these deep crunches!
Has anybody out there actually achieved three sets of 20 reps of these (or there abouts)?
Please let me know if you have – this'll give me confidence that these deep sit ups are in fact do-able

@infectedkoozer Pretty sure the entire rectus abdominis is working from top to bottom.
that one could hurt your back if done wrong….this definitely shouldn't be an exercise for beginners

I've never been so excited to try a new exercise.
The Lat Pulldown machines at my gym don't have the support beam in this place to underhook my feet like yours does. Sucks I can't do this exercise.
