A great mass builder for the triceps, as long as you make sure you are actually engaging them with this movement!
If a guy breathes like that my gym ….I would hurl a dumbbell at his head lol
135 isn't very much weight so breathing like this won't be an issue. Proper breathing means holding your breath during the lift and only exhaling when the arms are locked out at the top or when the bar is back on the rack. This is especially important when the weight goes up as this helps stabilize your back in a neutral position which helps avoid orthapedic injury.

I benched like this for 2 years cuz it was comfortable and I'm just now switching my grip but I can rep 250 with this and hit 275 like this gonna see how much I can push once I get used to widened grip cause I finally fixed it.
