I get asked all the time how to track macros so I thought I’d make a video on how to do this and also show you how you can easily make foods fit your macros too just by changing up the recipes and making small swaps! Hopefully you find this video useful for helping you calculate and determine the right amount of calories you should be eating and also tailoring your macros to your specific needs!

RECIPE, makes ~15 small cookies:
50g oats
40g protein powder
15g nut butter or coconut oil
20g sweetener/maple syrup/honey
20g cacao nibs/chocolate chunks/chips
1 egg
3 tbsp egg whites
Heat the oven to 180C. Mix everything in a bowl and spoon onto a tray lined with baking paper. Put in the oven for 2-3mins, the centre should still be gooey. Let cool and enjoy with a large glass of milk (: xxx

My fav fitness YouTuber…Natacha Oceane💗I also use MyFitnessPal as an estimate of my calories consumed and calorie expenditure..I consume less Macro's though and most of the time I don't consume all my calories as I like to eat volume like loads of salad and steamed veg…I just need to know from you're point of view how accurate MyFitnessPal is regarding calorie expenditure… I have to consume 1 490 calories per day I usually burn 1 308 calories per day with cardio and weights I roughly train about 3'hours per day…doing a session outdoors and then a weight session indoors…I however do not consume back the calories I've burnt for the day…Another thing I do…On the dot midnight I eat a snack like and apple and carrot or a sugar and fat free oat muffin which is 100 calories…I know that its bad to have a midnight snack but that's the time I get Hungry
