I got your app! But I wish there was ~some~ availability to workouts for free — it seems that everything requires a premium account and as a full-time college student, I don't necessarily have the ability to pay for a workout app. Could that maybe be something you consider? Just curious — I LOVE your videos and tips and on youtube and insta!
I need this. I'm quad dominant/glute weak (like most people who sit too much of the day) which leads to easily overly sore quads and knee pain.

LOVE THIS!! I'm always afraid of growing my thighs when I'm trying to work the booty. Booty is probs my fave but also love handles and legs! My two biggest problem areas. Also outfit info pleeeease 🙂

Really liked this workout! Lately I've been training my butt with a resistance band and I finally start seeing results so I'd highly recommend people who want to grow their butts to use a resistance band!
Hey Katie! I’ve been following you since the pandemic started and I’ve been working out with you almost everyday since then, and I see so many changes. You say during some of your 5 min videos that we should do a total of 4 reps of those type of exercises, I instead combine more of your programs and summed together they easily pass those 20 minutes that you mention. So, if i’m doing legs and butt today, is it wrong to choose some from your videos and “glue” them all together? Would you recommend that I instead do only one type but repeat it 4 times? I tend to get bored really fast. Many thanks! Xoxo
