Useful tip at 11mins – rather than just sitting around and waiting, do an antagonist or unrelated movement, ie if you're doing heavy bench, throw in some bicep curls between rest sets. It'll have little effect on your heavy or light work.

But… you need calisthenics (street workout), parkour, gym rings. Athletism and functional power. Nothing beats gym rings for upper body.

If I’m working chest and triceps in the same day, should I do all strength work for both chest and triceps first and the hypertrophy chest/triceps after or should i work strength for chest/triceps and then hypertrophy for chest/triceps?
