im at a bf % of about 14.4. im 6'4 205 pounds. ive lost about 45 pounds in the last 3 months. I'm not the leanest guy but I think I want to bulk for a little before I go to the beach. should I do my daily mile runs or no? should I just lift to build as much muscle as possible?

I have a tough time figuring out my maintenance calories accurately because every calculator I input the same data (myfitnesspal, lose it, iifym, etc.) I get a different number every time. What should I do?

Is this advice only for guys because I'm a girl and I play sports but for some reason I cannot gain muscle. I can't even do a pushup and I've been playing varsity for over 3 years now. I'm not trying to get really bulky but I want to get some sort of muscle definition in my arms. I'm not fat, I think my body fat percentage is around 18% which is average for female athletes. So, is there any advice you would give?

Would HIIT focused on sprints qualify as conditioning work? I use a shitty university gym with no space for farmers walks or sled drags.

Nice video.
I actually bulked too hard and gained 5 kilos in 4 months.
Right now I've been cutting for 2-3 weeks, started doing some cardio, to improve my general health.
My weight has kind of stalled so I think I'll start a lean bulk.
Been eating at 2000, trying 2300, even though theoretically my tdee should be around 2700, but I guess my body got used to lower calories, gotta jump start it again

im 16 i weight 140 pounds im about 5'4. Im eating 2700 calories per day. i eat 177 grams of protein. 318 grams of carbs. 80 grams of fat. im trying to gain muscle. my body fat percentage is around 14 percent. this is my first week and i gained about 2 pounds. i been getting a bigger belly. Should i reduce on my calories or do more cardio?

with the lean mass phase we should be eating 300-500 calories above maintence, but let's say you burn 150 during a workout, should you add that to your maintence?

Omar, what do you believe about a caloric cycling bulking diet? For instance doing a medium caloric surplus on training days and on the off days staying on the maintanfe level 🙂 thanks

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every single weight loss program that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets simply because my friend who told me great things about it and so far to date I have effectively dropped 15 pounds within 4 weeks!
