How To Get Bigger Arms. Its Important To Have Big Arms (Big Biceps + Big Triceps) If You Care About Your Physique. These are the right exercises, arm workouts to grow your arms. Take it slow, get the maximum recoverable volume in. Hit them at least twice a week. If your goal is arm development, then prioritize it by putting it at the start of your workout. Keep the workouts consistent, and don’t jump from variation to variation if your goal is growth.

Some Tips
– Focus on the contractions of your muscles. Studies shows this work!
-Increase Arm Day Frequency making sure to hit the muscles in your arms at least 2-3 days a week.
-Make sure to get adequate protein for growth. If you have a hard time getting it in through your diet, try protein shakes or bars
-Rest! You need to rest to see growth.

How to get started with Calisthenics?
First I would highly recommend buying a home pull up bar. I left my suggestions down below.

Having a home pull up bar lets you practice more often. For most movements all you need is a sturdy over head bar and the floor. You should also find a park near you if this is possible. Some countries or areas of the world this is not possible. We try to help with our Park Finder.

The study you cite about the "80% more use" does not show that – at all. The percentages they talk about is the intensity compared to 1RM. You need to read that study again, because you don't seem to have any understanding on what it is about.
