J.. I am ambidextrous so I did the exercise on both sides and I may be doing it wrong, but this one felt kind of funky on the side of my waist facing the front… even doing it w 30 lbs… do you have a substitute? maybe one with bands?

Is the Major League Insider Training System the same as your Athlean X training system? I know this video is old but I've been looking for a training program with baseball in mind. I would assume your Athlean X training program has good workouts for baseball? Thanks !
Would it help to rotate and drive your back leg and hip forward when you go from curl to rotate and crunch?
