Anybody got advice on getting back into the gym I’ve taken a few years off snd im completely out of shape any advice?
Any suggestions for an old timer getting back to the gym ?
The 2 things that always had me confused is 1. I took chest to mean parallel to the walls throughout the exercise. 2. I was always told to never let your extend out past your toes. If so, that's wrong.
I haven't squatted for the better part of 8 or 9 years out of fear and not getting the form right and not seeing results, The thought of having a lot of weight on my back and going down with it scared the hell out of me, I don't really know what motivated me or what happened but one day I took them really seriously and toned down the upper body training so I could focus on legs properly, fast forward two years later, I weigh 70 pounds more and my overall strength has almost doubled, tripled for legs, up until that point I couldn't go over 170 lbs bodyweight.
Awesome thank you Bro
Appreciate the 411 brotha from now on I will be sure to go deeper on the squats trying to see more progress
I am 50 and I squat heavy. I squat 500 plus lbs. Do you have any suggestions on a product good for knee and hip soreness? I have days where my right hip and knee or a little sore. I work through it by warming up good but I would like to get a topical product to help me out. Thank you in advance for your help.

My problem is having butt wink can any squat experts out there share:
1. If it’s really a big deal to have it in the first place
2. How to get rid of/reduce it
Wow. Pretty amazing and wonderful instructions, so VERY knowledgeable about the muscle groups and all that. You don’t use a back belt sometimes?
Really needed this! Taking notes 📝! Thanks Mike💪🏿🔥💯
What's up Mike. I recently had neck surgery for a fractured vertebrae. Although I'm not ready to do much of any lifting, is there an alternative to doing a traditional squat that give you similar results. Thanks in advance brother. Love the great tips you provide 💪🏿
For a guys who squats with some considerable amount of weight his legs are still behind his upper body after all these years.
I’m scared to do them but after watching this it’s given me the encouragement to go right back at it.I defo need to get me some of those sleeves good looking Mike 💪🏾💯
Peace to the God. I know it’s off the subject, however I’m about to go order some supplements. Do you suggest taking pA7 along with M6? I am currently cutting wanting to still build muscle while I’m shredding fat
I still squat after I messed my knees up in a car accident. I don't squat much but I realized squats are very beneficial to having great strength and coordination.
Great video man! You always have the best tips!

Do you ever squat with open patella sleeves? What's the difference?
Doing squats help me to boost my natural testosterone and my beard even started to come in fuller and I never could grow a full beard. Real shttt
It's not just your opinion. Heavy squats were the steroids of the pre-steroid era.

I respect you so much big bro, I will listen to anything you have to say. Of course, I’m going to examine it for myself, but I trust you!
