@iraqismartheart1 You can use a cable machine and stand just make sure you use really good form in doing so. The military doesn't give us much like that mmachine but we use many techs in that same form with cable pullies.
when u do a regular bicep curl dont you make your arms wayy lower?

My hip ( the rotating part) hurts when I walk. Especially when my feet are pointed in. I just to stretch all different ways, but it comes and goes. When it hurts, I am unable to do squats or deadlifts or any leg workouts. Also, my lowerback has been hurting. I can't bend over completely and it's been over a month. I NEED to do deadlifts. ANy ideas on recovery?
@WhosexoDaddy do you have enough calcium in your diet? did you fall and possibly injure yourself?

Hey scott, I have the same machine at my gym as this one in your video, it's my favourite machine as it's the only one which I see progress. But there is one problem, I use one arm per time when lifting with this machine, but after my workout their is a pain in my deltoids after doing my sets on this, and my friend uses it as well and suffers the same problem after using it, am I doing something wrong?
