Hey Rob, im still a beginner in the gym (only started 4 months ago) and im at a bit of a loss regarding my workout. I tend to prefer slightly higher rep ranges, especially on my legs as I tore my acl a year ago, but ive read loads of forums saying that lower reps, ie 5 reps, and higher weight is the key to building strength as a beginner. I also have a 4 day split (back/biceps, chest/tris, legs, abs shoulders) which doesn't seem to be the way to go either. Any advice for me moving forward? Thanks, and loving the upload consistency atm

Might be able to let you know about some gym you might want to check-out when you are in Sydney.. Let us know which dates you will be here and which suburb(s) you are staying at while in Sydney, that way can let you know of the closest gym(s) to save you time.. Many of them should allow you access for a visit (esp if you mention you have a worldwide well known YT/insta/etc)

Hey Rob, just found your channel but already watched nearly all of your videos! I'm really new to proper weight training and body building. I was wondering what program you would suggest to follow? Currently doing a three day split, back + biceps, chest + triceps, legs and shoulders. Would it be better to do a program like Jason Blaha’s Fitness 5×5 Novice Workout Program or one that has push/pull/legs days?
