Scott, I love you ab workouts, but could you tell me the best way to get man-gutters– you know, sexy v-shaped thing-y that leads from the obliques down to your peenus ;-)? I've been doing leg lifts like crazy, and they help, but I want better isolation. I saw some of your underwear shots, and my mouth just watered non-stop.
This video made me remember something. You were doing a modeling shoot for underwear, and they asked you if you were a boxers or a briefs guy, and you said briefs, because you needed support when you jogged.
And I remember thinking, "Heck, if you want I could run beside you and hold it up for you" (wink). And now I see you with a huge ball between your legs, and I can't stop laughing when I see this vid.

that area is called the "apollo's belt" sometimes the "adonis belt" – lower ab exercises and very low bodyfat are the key to revealing the belt…
I did it and I feel it on my abs.Kinda difficult at first, but I got the hang of it.

Scott, what's your best advice to find a good trainer? The reason I am asking is I had a young trainer at a very expensive gym and paid a lot of money for it but ended up with 2 back spasms and needed hernia surgery.
I have to say that I was a 44-year-0ld over weight man and he did not take that in consideration and pushed me too hard. Since then I am too nervous to hire another trainer.

I've just started exercising with a 55cm swiss ball – I do ball sits, ball planks, oblique crunches, opposite leg & arm raises (on the stomach), and this, the ball pass. However, I was doing them and letting the ball touch the floor. Now I've seen your video and tried it the way you demonstrate (without the ball touching the floor), they feel much easier. Why is this?
