I have lower back problems because of an accident a couple of years ago and it hurts alot when I have my back arched.. but I started this new workout challenge and I don't feel I'm doing my crunches right because of my back.. would it be better for me to do the crunches on a yoga ball instead?

maybe the best exercise for the abdominal. save for the lower back, full stretch, full range, easy to learn . i can do 100 crunches and 100 situps but after one regular set of this, slow rep full stretch, im dead
