Hey, is it bad to work your tricepts and bicepts on the same day? Most people pair back with tricepts because some exercises hit both of those. Which is more efficient?

Sure is right. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.

I'm a bit on the skinny side, so I noticed that my forearms were sore at first… I feel like they have to get bigger and catch up before I feel anything on my biceps lol… this was also a similar problem I had when I started to do a home push up chest workout. It took a long while for my triceps to finally catch up until I actually started seeing results in my chest.

I'm having trouble with my wrists sagging as I lift up. I think the issue is that my biceps are a lot stronger than my forearms. I have lowered the amount of weight. I do 3 sets of 10 reps on each machine at the gym. Is there anything else that I can do?

Can someone please help. How much do the small circular weights weigh on the Cybex arm curl machine weigh?

These are the circular small weights on top of the weight stack that you can slide over onto the stack. The one I use does not say how much they weigh.
