I'm a bit on the skinny side, so I noticed that my forearms were sore at first… I feel like they have to get bigger and catch up before I feel anything on my biceps lol… this was also a similar problem I had when I started to do a home push up chest workout. It took a long while for my triceps to finally catch up until I actually started seeing results in my chest.
I'm having trouble with my wrists sagging as I lift up. I think the issue is that my biceps are a lot stronger than my forearms. I have lowered the amount of weight. I do 3 sets of 10 reps on each machine at the gym. Is there anything else that I can do?

These are the circular small weights on top of the weight stack that you can slide over onto the stack. The one I use does not say how much they weigh.
