Hi Scott, awesome vids… Does this exercise involve CORE training?
For people who can't quite do this version of the exercise, you can start with the ball under your thighs. Then, after you practice the exercie for a few weeks (or whatever), gradually move the ball down under your shins to make it more difficult.
