Rich Piana bloody cynthol addict
Not strong as he seems.
Damn his old shit looks better than most pros now imo
Body building is for mass not strength although you will become stronger.
He is gone and I think he should not be mentioned in videos like this again …. let him rest in peace
Piana could lift a piano🎹🎹
No he wasnt strong at all
You didn’t answer the question, actually.
His bench press was insane over 230kg. But deadlift is same as squats just doesn't add up. I mean for his size and steroids it's deadlift is less. I can deadlift 200kg with struggle and been going gym for 3months until the Corona virus took over my gym. I was always naturally strong for someone who didn't go gym.
Rip 😭
585 deadlift is the opposite of impressive. My buddy hit 600lbs at 196lbs… I mean we do train with powerlifting programs, but still. 585 for someone weighing almost 300 is pretty unimpressive…
but we will never know how much weight weighed rich piana's piano
Right now Rich would be doing vlogs with his dogs, telling everyone to be safe and chillin. Would've been nice right now :'I
So this video is based on his boasting. All bull shit.
Remember to add 10-20lbs of PMMA on those arm curls!
Mr plastic
5% duh
Anybody doing his feeders workout? 100 skull crushers 60 hammer curls 3 sets
He wasn't 6ft tall I used to see him all the time at gold's North Hollywood. I'm 6ft and he's shorter than me by an inch or two
He wasent popular for his arms he were popular for being honest about his drug use unlike the rest of the suckers.
rich piano was stronger then I thought
Rich was very strong when you shook his hand, feeling his fist was long and huge But he has a good heart and loves people. I did not see that he grew up one day, he was humble.
He was a freak. He died from an enlarged heart caused from obsessive steroid use.
Rest in peace, he really made his marks in this game
My question though. How much Piano was Rich Strongana?
It's not fair on bodybuilders who train and don't take steroids. Olympia should be a drug testing tournament but their all on the gear. That's why they die. It's so wrong
Deadlift was the weakest point.. I'm kinda glad he's dead, a lot of young people will surely check twice before injecting roids as it was B12.
I naturally deadlifted 525 @ 180lbs, so his DL is really not impressive to me whatsoever, nor are most people who take any gear at all lmao If you juice, and aren't deadlifting minimum 700, don't even bother talking about it.
Did being vegan and natty give him this physique?
He was such a personality…🙂👍
Are these numbers before or after he gathered the Infiniti Stones?
His deadlift is the least impressive lift lol? His 225bench for 3 and 265squat for 2 is way more impressive than a 265deadlift for 1.
I miss your bodybuilding reviews in April 2020 due to Covid 19
The curl probably wasn’t strict (using only your arms). It was more than likely a cheat curl that was achieved with his hips or something. Still legit weight though, no doubt about it.
0:50 it really looks as if he has a second set of biceps/triceps…
RIP Rich Piana much love and respect to you!!!👍👌👏👊😎💯
Rumor has it his urine was considered currency in Argentina.
His honesty about his steroid use is probably the heaviest lift he ever pulled off. I always liked him for that. RIP
