Well i ve been working out seriously one and a year, i ve gained 17 pounds and cause im an ecto id say that def are lbm as my body fat seems the same..Damn and i wasnt even eating the quantity of food i was suppose too!

I am 5' 8" now 156lbs, age 19. when I started lifting four years ago, I was 110lbs or even less. so just 10+ lbs every year. this year 2016 is bulking year for me. I started from 138. 18 lbs gained so far now.

You can build a lot of muscle in one year if you use steroids properly

he always confuses me when he says quality muscle…can u build shitty muscle? or is he refferring to gaining more muscle than fat when bulking?

im currently 16 years old. 165lbs. 5' 11" . in sophomore year of hs. if i start lifting now how noticeably big within 2 1/2 years when im a senior and 19 years old?

118 to 150 lbs at my strongest, but way too fat at 150. Hovering around 140 with way more endurance but way less power. Idk

This is bs the human body can naturally gain 20-25 pounds max of muscle naturally in around 4 years solid training dude do you fucking know what 20 pounds of muscle looks like it’s a lot of muscle 40 pounds is impossible not gonna happen forget it this bs of gaining 1lb per month it dosent work like that just eat when your hungry keep it clean train hard and be patient

in abt a year and a half i’ve gained 30 pounds i went from 150-180 i went from 150-170 in the first year and then the last 6 months ish i’ve gained abt 10
