How Many Reps Can You Do? 15 Minute Challenge | Beat The Body Coach – The Body Coach TV

In this workout we work for 15 minutes and the aim is to do as many reps of 4 different exercises as we can within the time. We start off doing 1 rep of each exercise then 2 reps, then 3 and so on.

4 exercises –

Press up
Squat
Chest to floor Burpee
Lunge Jump

I managed to get up to 12 reps on Press Ups and 11 for the other exercises. Let me know how you get on in the comments below and hit like if you enjoyed this workout.

11 whole rounds (doing knee press ups) and only managed a round of 12 reps of press ups, squats and chest to the floor burpees. dying

Completed set 12 plus 39Reps into Set13 before the 15min bell Cheers Joe like that AMRAP Ladder styleee….

I did 11 sets and finished by 14 mins 22 seconds – I might have been able to bang out 12 press ups but didn't realise that was what others were doing! It felt tough! I prefer descending pyramids too, although the Aphrodite workout is a descending pyramid!

I did 12 sets and 13 press ups, 13 squats and 7 burpees chest to floor! 👍🏻💪🏻 loved it… did your weights shoulder workout first

Still in my hotel room in Mallorca! This was so tough but feeling so good now it’s over!!! Got up to 12 on everything except the lunge jumps so pleased with that!!

Managed to keep up with you Joe but just with knees press ups and my lunge jumps form wasn’t perfect. Something to aim for tho! Thanks, you’re a lifeline for busy people trying to keep fit.
