Oh I hope you boys can help. I’m a very skinny woman.. lean. I train 6 days a week, cardio and strength training… I think I’m possibly over training but also been dieting for years… I’m tired of being skinny and believe I need about 20 pounds… I eat about 3,000 calories but still feel like I’m restricting and have an appetite for much more… also not making gains… basically at all… please help? Thanks a billion
I still struggle with this. There are a lot of people saying that bulking and cutting is necessary to build musscle. But there are also a lot of people that say you CAN build muscle and lose fat at the same time, when you stay in a Positive Nitrogen Balance. I don't know who to believe.

Thanks for the informative vids mate! One question, I want to bulk up, so my maintenance is 2400 calories. I eat 2600 calories to gain weight. Is this number also the same on training days? Or do I nees to add more calories while lifting heavy. I train around 4/5 times a week in 45min sessions. Thanks! Keep up the great videos =)
