I really should watch her videos like this cause i feel so suck when i cant finish the circuit like this workout will never effective when she try to encourage that everyone is different and just make her workout comfortable to follow and enjoy the workout so the workout will work effectively. I pressured my self to love lunges but i totally hate it cause it makes my knee pain than her words when she said she did excercise that make her happy i think maybe i should too. I am not gonna hate lunges forever but for now i will fix my knee pain first and hit that lunges pose perfectly

First of all I have to tell you that I have started to watch your videos on YouTube and I am addicted! I’m learning anatomy and physiology in order to be a trainer, and it’s so refreshing to see someone who do videos of subjects like that and base everything on science 🧬!

I am from Israel , by the way😂

In addition, I watch the video you have done on intermittent fasting, and I wanted to ask you if there is any science base that says that it is better to eat less at night/ finish eating few hours before going to sleep, with no connection to intermittent fasting, in regular diet

Hope you can answer me, since I found only one research on this subject that shows that who ate his last meal at 7 pm lost more fat than who ate his last meal at 11 pm ,

But if someone in regular diet or want to build muscle, it can influence on it?

Starting small is the BEST tip ever. Setting a goal that seems too easy, and accomplishing it makes you want to do more naturally vs. setting a big goal and then having dread and avoidance because it’s too hard.

I feel like my stomach is so large and bloated and I've got a bit of fat on it as well even though I'm only 123lb. (I'm 5ft 2) I just started doing simple at home bodyweight training but I feel like it isn't enough because I still look fat and bloated in my tummy. I have started eating 1500 calories. Am I on the right track or am I not doing enough? I am open to everyone's thoughts. 😀
